Rosa Sapp, age 90, of Dublin, passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2021.

Mrs. Sapp was born in Wilkinson County on May 8, 1930, to the late Alton and Rosa Martin Dominy. She was a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church and former owner of Sapp's Jewelry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willis J. Sapp; son, Robert Sapp; grandson, Jason Sapp; brothers, Alton Dominy, Jr., James Dominy, Bobby Dominy, Gene Dominy, and Cecil Dominy, and sister, Florence Brewers.

Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Lisa H. Sapp, of Dublin; great-granddaughter, Kailey Sapp, of Dexter; siblings, Melba Hooks, Gussie Eubanks, and Edwin Dominy (Jan), all of Milledgeville, Elaine Chapman (Neil), of Kathleen, and Irvin Dominy (Sandy), of Atlanta, as well as several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 20, 2021, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Dwayne Outlaw will officiate.
