Graveside Services for Rose Mary Harrison, age 79 of Dublin, will be held at 3:00PM on Sunday, August 12, 2012 at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Father Richard Hart will officiate. She passed away on Wednesday, August 8, 2012. Mrs. Harrison was a member of the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception. She was also a member of the Moose Club and a volunteer for the American Cancer Society. Mrs. Harrison was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson and Effie Mae Hoyt Martin. Survivors include her husband, John T. Harrison of Dublin; daughter, Kimberly L. Harrison of Macon; granddaughter, Victoria F. Piper of Byron; grandson, Donovan H. Piper of Macon; great-granddaughter, Gracie M. McMillan of Byron; four sisters, Margie Arney of Haughton, LA; Kaye Boyer of Indianola, IL; Vi Faulkenberg of Crystal River, FL and Thelma Johnson of Danville, IN; two brothers, Leroy Martin of Honey Grove, TX and Jay Martin of Lebanon, IN and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be John Duddy, Bruce Bazemore, Barry Parker, Ronny Dale Turner, Jim Sells and Donovan Piper. The family will receive friends at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home from 1:30PM until 2:30PM. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to the Catholic Church of the Immaculate Conception.
