Services for Mr. Royce Brady, age 73 of East Dublin, will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday November 26, 2011 at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Wayne Durden, Mr. Larry Graham and Mr. Jeffery Stanley will officiate. Mr. Brady was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He retired from the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center where he worked as a technician and was the Pastor of Rosemont Baptist Church for thirty two years. He was preceded in death by his parents, the late J. Albert Brady, Sr. and the late Rushie Beckworth Brady and a brother, John Brady. Mr. Brady passed away on Wednesday November 23, 2011 at Serenity Place. Survivors include his wife, Faye McCord Brady of East Dublin; two daughters, Meriam (Gus) Geurian of Paducah, KY and Melody (Chris) Benyovszky of Red Lion, PA; two grandchildren, Brady Geurian of Paducah, KY and Sarah Geurian (Ryan) Stanger of Murray, KY; two sisters, Glenda Baggett (Paul Fitzgerald) of Rentz, GA and Cheryl (John) Hays of Arlington, TX; brother, Edward (Miyoko) Brady of Arlington, TX; great grandson Logan Stanger; sister-in-law, Celeste Brady Bracewell and several nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Ryan Stanger, James Graham, Jim Hays, Gerald Scarbrough, Shannon Canady and Mic Mimbs. The family will receive friends at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home Saturday, November 26, 2011 from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM. Townsend Brothers Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
