Sara Elizabeth Forte, age 91 of Dublin, passed away on Friday, May 29, 2015. Graveside services will be held at 10:30AM on Tuesday, June 2, 2015 at Rock Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Nolon McDaniel will officiate. Mrs. Forte was born in Laurens County to the late Thomas F. Dixon, Sr. and the late Rachael Bracewell Dixon. She was a devoted Christian woman and member of Rock Springs Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lesley G. Forte, Sr.; son, Glen Forte, Sr. and great-grandson, Link Forte. Survivors include her son, Charles F. Forte, Sr. (Mary) of Dublin; daughter-in-law, Esther Forte of Dublin; grandsons, Joseph "Joe" Forte (Jennifer), Charles "Charley" Forte, Jr., Glen Forte, Jr. and Benjamin "Ben" Forte, all of Dublin; granddaughter, Jessica Forte of Dublin; great-grandsons, Logan Forte of Dublin and Noah Forte of Macon.
