Services for Sara C. Holland, age 89 of Dublin, will be held at 2:00PM on Sunday, November 25, 2012 at Jefferson Street Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Mr. Ted Jarriel will officiate. Mrs. Holland was a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Clarence C. Corbin and the late Annie Louise Brock Corbin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas P. Holland, Sr., two sisters, Estelle McGahee and Melba Lees and brother, Clarence Corbin. She passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2012. She is survived by two sons, Thomas P. (Evelyn) Holland, Jr. of St. Simons and Chris (Beth) Holland of Savannah; three daughters, Pam (Russell) Waters of Gray, Susan (Don) Collins of Dublin and Wanda (Earl) Queen of Ft. Valley; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother, Ernest Corbin of Bamberg, SC and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
