Sara Kitchens Register, 86, of Charlotte passed away February 13, 2015. She was the daughter of the late Robert Lewis and Lillie Thompson Kitchens. She was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, John Samuel Register. She is survived by her son Robert Samuel Register (Claudia), her daughter Sandra Register Senter (Craig), 3 granddaughters, and 6 great-grandchildren. Sara was a stay-at-home mother, working in the retail industry at times. She was a multi-talented lady, enjoying many kinds of crafts; she was an avid reader and enjoyed working puzzles of all kinds. Her family will greet friends on Wednesday February 18, 2015 at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home from 1PM until 2PM followed by graveside services at Dublin Memorial Gardens.
