Stephen Lloyd Shaffer, age 46, of Kingsport Tenn. Departed this life Friday Night Oct. 19, 2012 at his home in Kingsport Tenn. Stephen Leaves behind His wife Tina, and four Children, Little Stephen of Ind, Randall, Kristian, And Kelsy of Kingsport Tenn. Funeral services will be held at the Townsend Brothers Funeral Home in Dublin, GA. Thursday Oct. 25 at 2:OO pm with Rev. Harold Thornton Officiating. Vistation will be from 11 am till 2pm. Oct.25, at the funeral home. Stephen Shaffer,was born Sept. 17, 1966 in Savannah Ga. to Rev. Wilbur C.Shaffer Sr. and Carolyn Sanford Shaffer. Stephen had been a builder for 25 years. Stephen's Christian Faith was with the Church of God of Prophecy. In addition to His Parents Stephen has two Brothers,Wilbur Shaffer Jr. and Wife Rose of Fairmont WV, Scottie Lee and Wife Betty Sue, Of Dublin, GA, two Sister's Ginger and Husband Tommy Bryant of Norman Park, GA, Veronica and Husband Tony Philips of Moultrie Ga. Stephen has several Nieces and Nephews Arrangements have been entrusted to Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Fellowship after services will be at the Pinetucky Church of God of Prophecy 441 South.
