Services for Stephen Allen Williams, age 59 of Dublin, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 31, 2017, in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with burial to follow in Minter Cemetery.  Rev. Paul Brown will officiate. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Williams was born in Dublin, December 20, 1957. He was a graduate of Josey Academy, and a retired heavy equipment operator.  Allen enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving father and grandpa/pawpaw. Allen was preceded in death by his mother, Willene Ward Williams, grandparents, Prentice Ward and Lollie Mae Ward, Sam Williams, Sr. and Alene Bush Williams.

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Sam (Pat) Williams, Jr. of East Dublin, daughters; Sheree Williams (Perry) Rogers of Wrightsville, April Williams (Joseph) Driscoll of Tifton, brothers; David (Vicki) Williams of East Dublin, Greg (Lisa) Williams of Dublin, David (Alicia) Wilkes of East Dublin, and Stanley (Wendy) Wilkes of Bonaire, grandchildren; Gabrielle Kennedy, Jaiden Kennedy, Gage Driscoll, Luke Rogers and Jake Rogers, and several nieces and nephews.

Dent Yates, Tim Howell, Ronnie Parrish, Bruce Parrish, Michael Cliatt, Charles Alligood and David Wilkes will serve as pallbearers.
