Stephen Lee Kelley was born in Poteau, Oklahoma. He is preceded by his parents Clifford and Lenora Kelley, and his brother David Kelley. He passed away at age 75 in Dublin, Georgia.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon Kelley, his daughter, Corinne Supernor and son-in-law Robert Supernor.

He is also survived by his siblings Nancy Keys, Susan Smith, Leon Kelley, and Coni Williams. Additional surviving family include Lisa Chancellor, Jason Keys, Eric Pappano, Brooklyn Kelley, Lia Kelley, Erin Friend, Shara Mitchell, Rachel Thompson, Zach Williams, Kayne Williams, Kyden Edmiston, Hannah Kelley, Colton Keys, Autumn Keys, Kyle Keys, James Pappano, Garrett Pappano, Eloise Friend, Aiden Mitchell, Ava Mitchell, Asa Mitchell, Payden Thompson, Maddyx Thompson, Huxton Thompson, Kyden Williams, Selene Williams, Connie Kelley, Brian Lee, Alford Lee, Julie Kelley, Jeff Smith, other friends and family.

He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
