Services for Teresa Colleen Hightower, age 60, of East Dublin, will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 24, 2017, at Pleasant Springs Baptist Church. Rev. Keith Collins and Rev. Kenneth Green will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Mrs. Hightower was born in Frankfurt, Germany. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyman Earl Hightower, Jr., and her parents, Joseph Francis Hasher and Mary Lampp Hardie. She was a former member of Pleasant Springs Baptist Church. She was loved by many family and friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister.

Survivors include her daughter, Renee (Ashley) Smith of Eastman, son; Lee (Jennifer) Hightower of Cadwell, grandchildren; Nikki Smith, Ally Smith, Abigail Smith, Brianna Hightower, Steven Hightower, Nicky Hightower, Luke Quattlebaum, Tyler Lumley, Harlee Lumley, sister; Carrie Clark, brother; Michael Hardie, numerous nieces and nephews.

Matt Hightower, Adam Hightower, Eric Ricks, Jamie Ricks, Ricky Ricks, Bubba Smith, Caymen McCrainie, Chris Summerlin, Nathanial Brown, and Ryan Jump will serve as pallbearers.
