Tony Michael Reid, age 64, of Dublin, passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2016.

Services will be held at 2:00PM on Saturday, June 18, 2016 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery. Rev. Greg Lowery will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6:00PM until 8:00PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

Mr. Reid was self employed and was an outgoing and caring man. He was preceded in death by his father, Grady Reid, mother, Zadie Mae Ashley Vincent, and a brother, Danny Reid.

He is survived by his wife, Lynn Reid, Dublin; children, Michael Anthony Reid (Tammy), of Cochran, James Stephen Reid, of Cartersville and Eric Reid (Tara) and Amy Scott (Chuck), both of Acworth; step-children, Danny Roy Gillis (Charlotte), of East Dublin, Dewayne Gillis (Ann), of Swainsboro, and Keith Gillis (Marcy), of Rentz; 16 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Janice Soles of East Dublin and several nieces and nephews.
