Services for Valda Brown, age 73 of East Dublin, will be held at 1:00PM on Wednesday, December 12, 2012 at Northside Baptist Church. Rev. Jim Sowden will officiate. Burial will follow in Minter Baptist Church Cemetery. Ms. Brown retired from J.P. Stevens. She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Brown; brothers, Hollis Clark and Elmer "Tom" Clark and aunt, Donie B. Clark. Ms. Brown passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012 at Serenity Place. She is survived by two sisters, Ida Lee Brown and Lennis (Kenneth) Stevens, all of East Dublin; ten brothers, Roy Rogers Clark of Milledgeville, Theo (Moncha) Clark of Tacoma, WA, James L. (Mary) Clark, Delacy (Linda) Clark, Earl Clark, Henry Clark, Lewis (Ludy) Clark and H.A. Brown all of East Dublin, Billy Clark of Lyons, Frank (Genelle) Brown of Dublin, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be James Wilson, Allen Wilson, Eric Clark, Joshua Rentz, Brandon Clark and Jake Clark.
