Virginia W. Duncan died on Tuesday, November 23, 2010. She was born in Dublin, Georgia on January 15, 1923 to the late Kibbie Clifford and Eula Posey Wigins. Mrs. Duncan was preceded in death by her loving husband of almost fifty years William Thomas Duncan. The funeral will be held Wednesday, November 24 at Pine Forest United Methodist Church at 2:00pm with burial at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Prior to the service the family will receive friends at 1:00pm in the church social hall.
