Services for Mrs. Willene Ward Williams 77, of Minter will be held on November 2, 2015 at 2pm in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Rev. Paul Brown will officiate. Family will receive friends on Monday from 1pm until service time at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Williams was the daughter of the late P.A. Ward and Lollie Mae Pittman Ward. She is also preceded in death by two sisters, Marie Howell and Hazel Cliatt. She was a member of Minter Baptist Church. She was a graduate of Condor High School and was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Williams is survived by her husband of 59 years, Sam Williams Jr. of Minter; three sons, Allen Williams of Dublin, David Williams (Vicki) of East Dublin, and Greg Williams (Lisa) of Dublin; four grandchildren, Sheree Rogers of Wrightsville, April Driscoll of Tifton, Dusty Williams of Guyton, Madison Williams of Dublin; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Margie Alligood and Evelyn Mckinney; and several nieces and nephews.
