William B. Bohannon, Jr., age 53 of Dublin passed away on February 12, 2014 in Ogden, UT from complications of pneumonia. A memorial service celebrating his life will be held at 4:00PM on Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Interment will be held privately at a later date. Rev. Jody Martin will officiate. Mr. Bohannon was a resident of Laurens County. He worked as a long haul truck driver with Prime Inc. He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Sally Lorene Floyd (James E.) Bryan; father, William B. Bohannon, Sr., and grandparents, Roy and Lillian Floyd. Survivors include his fiancé, Shirley Griswold of Dublin; sisters, Lynn (Johnny) Graham of Wrightsville, Cindy (Billy) Taylor of Perry; uncles, Leland (Barbara) Floyd of Moultrie, BJ (Marie) Floyd and Robert Floyd, both of Dexter and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
