Services for William Kenneth Sterling, age 60, of East Dublin will be held Sunday, August 28, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery. Rev. Doug Bridges and Rev. James Covington will officiate. Mr. Sterling died Friday, August 26, 2011. Mr. Sterling was an electrician at Mohawk and attended Faith Christian Assembly. He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Sterling. He is survived by his wife, Patrilla Sterling; children, Amy Wall, Kelly (Travis) McAdams, Mark Sterling (Nicole Howard), all of Dublin; grandchildren, Robbie Lee, Makenzie Lee, Zach Wall, Kyla McAdams, Kolton McAdams; mother, Glynice Sterling; brothers, Jonathan Sterling of Dublin, and Michael Sterling of Rentz; sisters, Jackie Purser of Dublin, Debbie Garrett of Woodbine, GA and Yvonne Robertson of Dublin; and mother-in-law, Alice Purser. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
