Graveside services for Willie Mae Minton, age 93 of St. Simons Island, will be held at 1:00 PM Friday, February 7, 2014 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. Greg Lowery will officiate. Mrs. Minton died Wednesday, January 22, 2014. Mrs. Minton, formerly of Cadwell, was a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, Dennis Shelman Dominy and Mattie Mae Watson Dominy, and her husband, Harry Minton. Survivors include her daughter, Jo Sloan, of St. Simons Island; grandsons, Chris (Wayde) Ellis, of Los Angeles, CA, and Steve (Dana) Ellis, of San Diego, CA; great grandsons, Alexander Ellis, and Nicholas Ellis, both of San Diego, CA; and nieces, Alice Dominy Burch, of St. Augustine, FL and Carolyne Dominy Coleman, of Tifton.
