Funeral services for Wilmer Columbus Hutcheson, age 87 of Dublin will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Rev. Jimmy Sumner will officiate. Burial will be held privately at a later date. Mr. Hutcheson was born in Soperton, GA. He was the son of the late Tom W Hutcheson and the late Laura Jackson Hutcheson. He retired from JP Stevens. Mr. Hutcheson was a Christian and a Veteran of WWII, serving in the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dollie Bell Sumner Hutcheson and daughter Elizabeth Faye Webb. Survivors include his granddaughter; Kim Bush (Joejo) of Wrightsville and grandson, Michael Webb (Debbie) of Kathleen; five great-grandchildren, Lee Bush, Amanda Peebles and Melissa Bush all of Norristown and Chloe and Michael Webb both of Kathleen; six great-great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Velma Harrison of Atlanta and Bernice Alligood of Dublin. Townsend Brothers Funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
