Alma (Dominey) McClelland

Service for Alma Dominey McClelland, age 100, will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 4, 2023, at Dublin First Church of the Nazarene with interment to follow at Northview Cemetery. Rev. Don Hicks will officiate. The family will receive friends on Friday at the church from 12:00 PM until the service hour. Mrs. McClelland passed away Sunday, July 30, 2023.

Mrs. McClelland was born to the late Eulie Dominey and the late Alma Morgan Dominey in Dudley, GA in 1922. She was a member of Dublin First Church of the Nazarene and active as a Sunday School teacher, as well as other ministries. She was also a member of the Christian Women’s Connection.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, William Leroy McClelland; brothers, Brigham Dominey, EA Dominey, James Dominey, and Edwin Dominey; and sister, Sarah Dominey Flanders.

She is survived by her daughter, Mary K. Miller (Daniel) of Monument, CO; granddaughter, Rebecca Lotz (Tom) of Aurora, CO; granddaughter, Katherine Romberg (Kyle) of Fort Collins, CO; great-grandchildren, Miller Romberg and Luisa Romberg both of Fort Collins, CO; niece, Kay Barner; nephew, Bob Flanders (Pat).
