Angela Nicole (Townsend) Lanier

Angela Nicole Townsend Lanier, age 44, passed away Friday, November 3, 2023 surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Lanier was born in Dublin to the late Felton Townsend, Jr. and Linda Stewart Townsend on January 28, 1979. She worked with Dublin Public Works as an administrative assistant. She was an avid reader and enjoyed camping. More than anything, she loved spending time with her family and friends.

In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her grandmother, Nancy Stewart.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband, Chris Lanier of Dublin; son, Dalton Chase Tyson of Dublin; son, Connor Lanier of Dublin; mother, Linda Townsend of East Dublin; sister, Tanya Brown (Phillip) of Ocilla; brother, Chad Townsend (Michelle) of Rentz; brother, Darrin Townsend (Carla) of East Dublin; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends Thursday, November 9, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. The family will be accepting guests at their home (717 Old Macon Road, Dublin GA 31021) Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 2:00 PM until dark.
