Annette's work ethic was exemplified through her dedicated years as a line worker at Bassett Furniture Company. Her commitment to her craft was matched by her involvement with Easter Seals, where she contributed her time and energy to make a difference in her community.

Known for her love of a good cup of coffee, Annette could often be found in the kitchen, cooking up her family's favorite dishes, including her fried chicken, butter beans, potato salad, and fried lacy cornbread. Her culinary skills were a testament to her love for her family, and the meals she prepared were more than just food; they were an expression of her heart. She was also an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs.

Annette's weekends were often spent in pursuit of hidden treasures at Saturday morning yard sales and Smiley's Flea Market. Her keen eye for deals was only matched by her joy in the hunt. Her spirited and feisty soul shone through in every aspect of her life. She stood her ground with grace and tenacity, making her a formidable presence to those who knew her well.
