Betty Dalton Hodges

Graveside services will be held for Betty Dalton Hodges, age 83, of East Dublin, formerly of Dublin, at 11:00 AM Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in Northview Cemetery.  Rev. Jay Moore will officiate.  The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.  Mrs. Hodges died Saturday, March 7, 2020. 

Mrs. Hodges was a homemaker and member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her parents, J. C. and Ruby Pope Martin; husband of forty years, Charles Dalton, and husband of eight years, Earl Hodges; brother, Billy Martin; son-in-law, Jeffrey Brown; and step-daughter, Jeri Hodges.

Survivors include her children, Cheryl Brown, Terry Dalton (Pam), Dena Jessup (Stanley), Rocky Dalton (Sharon); grandchildren, Stan Jessup, Jennifer Jessup, Jason Dalton, Stacy Dalton, Angela Holton, Tammy Dalton, Charlie Dalton; eleven great grandchildren; sisters, Rose Wohlrabe, Margie Neurart; several nieces and nephews; and step-daughters, Joy Queen, and June Horne.
