Billie Anne Scarborough Clark Willis, 82, of Dublin Georgia, passed away on January 9, 2021, in Dublin Georgia.
Billie Anne was born in Dublin, GA to the late Malcolm Brigham Scarborough and Ann Lou Gordon Scarborough on June 14, 1938. She was a graduate of Dublin High School and Crandall Business College. She retired from Southeast Paper. She was a member of Olive Tree Congregation and World for Jesus Ministries - Joel’s Army Intercessors.
Billie Anne enjoyed her family, reading, Bible study, worship, drawing, and calligraphy.
She is survived by her children: Kin (Debbie) Clark, George (Becky) Clark, and Cherie Manning (Bill Dominy), all of Dublin; former daughter-in-law, Patty Clark; grandchildren: Michael (Brandi) Clark of Osan Air Base South Korea, Lauren (Heath) Criswell, Amelia Clark (Josh Contreras), Brittany (Smoke) Loyd, Matt Simpson, Jonna (Brad) Portwood, April (Shawn) Wood and Mikayla Sumner of Scott; 14 great-grandchildren: Cameron Clark, David, Halie Clark, Caden Clark, Kaytlynn Williams, Leanne, Rennie Johnston, Jonathon, Jacob Burge, Ethan, David, Shawna Wood, Alaina Portwood, Amanda Simpson.
Services will be held graveside at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at Northview Cemetery with Rev. Kin Clark officiating.
