Breanna Lea Dice, age 17, of East Dublin, passed away on Thursday, November 4, 2021, in a tragic automobile accident.
Breanna was born on May 7, 2004, in Laurens County, and was the daughter of BJ and Laura Dice. She was a Senior at East Laurens High School and had been a member of the Band of Gold since 6th Grade. She was finishing up her senior year as the clarinet section leader. Breanna’s kind spirit touched the hearts of everyone she knew.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Lawrence Patrick Hartmangruber, and paternal great-grandmother, Alma Wheeler.
In addition to her parents, Breanna is survived by her brother, Brent Dice, of East Dublin; uncles, David Hartmangruber (Emily), of Suwanee, and Will Dice (Krystal), of East Dublin; maternal grandmother, Debra Edwards (Mark), of Aiken, SC; paternal grandparents, Billy and Donna Dice, of East Dublin; maternal great-grandmother, Virginia Smith, of Soperton; grandmother, Susan Lake Hartmangruber, of Rockledge; cousins, Kaden Crego, Gavin Dice, Gabby Dice, Kennedy Dice, and Isaac Hartmangruber; her beloved boyfriend, Payton Daniels, and a host of extended family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, November 8, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Church of Nazarene in Johnson County. Rev. L T Logue and Rev. Jimmy Wright will officiate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
