Danny White

Danny White, age 70, of Dublin, passed away on April 10, 2024, in Dublin, Georgia.

He was born on May 29, 1953 to the late Wadis White and the late Peggy Howell White. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Bailey White, paternal grandparents, Allen White and Bertie Faulk White, maternal grandparents, Hardy and Minnie Bryant Howell, and sister, Bonnie White Garnto.

Danny was the owner of W & W Flooring. He enjoyed playing guitar and was inducted into the GA Country Music Hall of Fame.

He is survived by his children, Allen (Shannon) White, Dayna White, and Danyelle White Thompson all of  Dublin, GA; grandchildren, Zack White, Chase White, Preston White, Mikayla White, and Payton Phillips; sister, Connie White; brother, Steven (Fay) White; niece, Shay King, and a nephew, David Beck.

Pallbearers will be Chase White, Zack White, Roman Ramsey, Parker Lord, Lester Joiner, Preston White, and Mike Harrington.

A graveside service celebrating the life of Mr. White will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, at 3:30 PM in Cedar Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Ricky Brantley will officiate.  The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-3 at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cedar Grove Methodist Church Cemetery.
