David Faulk, 72, of Cedar Grove, passed away on September 25, 2021.
Mr. Faulk was born in Dublin to the late Mr. G.D. Faulk and Mrs. Hazel Faulk. He was a longtime farmer and tractor mechanic. He loved to collect anything especially if it had rust on it. He retired from Laurens County Public Works after serving the community for 38 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.D. Faulk, son, Donnie Faulk, sister, Elaine Oxford, special niece, Carrie Hickman, and a nephew, Kevin Oxford.
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Faulk of Cedar Grove, son, Michael Faulk (Mandy) of Cedar Grove, son, Chris Wright of Cedar Grove, son, Jason Wright (Tina) of McRae, son, Adam Faulk (Ashtyne) of Cedar Grove, sister Liz Dixon (Richie) of Dublin, grandson, Dylan Faulk (Delanah) of Cedar Grove, grandson, Blake Faulk (Becca) of Cedar Grove, granddaughter, Rylee Wright of McRae, grandson, Bradyn Wright of McRae, great granddaughter, MacKenzie Grace Faulk of Cedar Grove, great grandson, Drake Faulk of Cedar Grove, great grandson, Case Faulk of Cedar Grove. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Service for Mr. Faulk will be held Monday, September 27 , 2021 at Oak Dale Baptist Church Cemetery, beginning at 2:00 PM. Rev. Scott Davidson will officiate.
Kyle Hickman, Brad Jordan, Darrin Oliver, Henry Purvis, Blake Faulk, Dylan Faulk will serve as pall bearers. James Evans will serve as honorary pall bearer.
