Donna Johnson Obituary

Donna Mae Warren Johnson, known lovingly as Donna, passed away on June 8, 2026, in Augusta at the age of 62.

Donna was born on July 23, 1963, in Macon, Georgia, to the late Albert Warren and Emma Corine Long Warren.

Donna was a devoted wife to David Johnson of Rentz for 38 years. Their marriage was built on love, companionship, and shared memories that will be treasured always. Together, they enjoyed traveling, especially cruises, which brought them many happy times and lasting moments of joy. She was a loving mother to her daughter, Brandi Little and her husband Tyler of Danville, and to her sons, Brandon Johnson and his wife Teresa of Rentz, and Justin Johnson of Rentz. Donna found great joy in her family, and her love for her children was evident in the care, encouragement, and support she gave throughout their lives.

She was a proud grandmother to Anslee Johnson, Natalie Johnson, Holden Little, and Easton Little, and her grandchildren brought her immeasurable happiness. Donna cherished each of them deeply and delighted in being part of their lives. Her family was the center of her world, and she leaves behind a legacy of love that will continue through the generations.

Donna is also survived by her sisters, Audrey Coleman and Teresa (Shannon) Bailey, and she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Todd Coleman. The bonds she shared with her family were strong and meaningful, and those relationships were an important part of the life she built and the love she gave so freely.

A longtime employee of Louann’s, Donna was known for her dedication, reliability, and kindhearted presence. She took pride in her work and in the friendships she formed along the way. Her coworkers and customers alike will remember her for her friendly manner and the genuine care she showed to others. She was the kind of person who made those around her feel welcome and valued.

Donna was a Christian, and her faith was an important part of her life. It guided her actions, strengthened her through challenges, and reflected the compassion she extended to others. Her life was a testament to the values she held dear, and she leaves behind a beautiful example of faith, love, and humility.

Those who knew Donna will remember her for her loving heart, her friendly smile, and her selfless spirit. She lived with purpose and gave generously of herself to her family, friends, and community. Though her passing leaves a deep void, her memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to all who loved her.
