Dylan Blake NeSmith

Dylan Blake NeSmith, age 28, of Dudley, passed away on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

Dylan was born on September 15, 1996, in Macon, Georgia. He was a graduate of West Laurens High School and was a welder by trade. When he was not using his creative welding skills, Dylan could be found enjoying the outdoors. He loved hunting and fishing, especially catching hogs with his beloved dogs. Dylan was of the Baptist faith and was known for his well manners and his loving and caring heart.

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Horace NeSmith, and Bobby Darley; great-grandmother, Laura Mae Darley, and great grandparents, Casey and Susie Allen. 

Survivors include his parents, Milton and Cindy NeSmith of Dudley; brother, Caleb NeSmith of Dublin; grandmothers, Frances NeSmith and Dianne Darley, both of Dublin; nephew, Crew NeSmith of Dublin, and numerous aunts, uncles, and extended family members.

The family will receive friends on Monday, December 16, 2024, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, December 17th in the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. 

Nick Harrison, De Thomas, Ryne Neal, Daniel Neal, Cole Hill, Hill Lawrence, Kyle Rawls, and Jace Kennedy will serve as pallbearers.
