Eloise Fennel Lindsey, known by her family as “Weez”, went home to meet her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, February 17, 2021.
Eloise was a Minister in the Church of God of Prophecy and she loved reading her Bible and sharing the Gospel. She dedicated her life to helping others and will be truly missed by all those she touched over the years. Eloise also loved quilting, fishing, and cooking but her greatest love was God and her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd S. Vinson and Bessie Lou Moncrief Vinson; spouses, James S. Fennel, and Charles E. Lindsey; brothers and sisters, John W. Vinson, Joseph Carlton Vinson, James Thomas Vinson, Phillip Vinson, Christine Hyde, Audrey Harrell, and Gladys Rennie.
Survivors include her sons, James F. Fennel (Trish), and Richard A. Fennel, both of Macon; grandchildren, Briana Folmar (Ken), of Lawrenceville, and Matthew R. Fennel and Kyle P. Fennel, both of Macon; great-grandchild, Emmie, and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 21, 2021, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Reverend Fields will officiate.
