Faye Boone Brinson

Faye Boone Brinson, age 87, of Dublin, passed away on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.

Mrs. Brinson was born on August 21, 1937, to the late Avery and Lucille Keene Boone of Brewton, GA. She graduated from Brewton High School and was on the girl’s basketball team. She was co-owner of Brinson Chevron for over 20 years and was an avid GA Bulldog fan.

After selling her business, she was the caretaker for her mother until her passing. Then she was the “passenger princess” going with her husband as he traveled as an over-the-road truck driver.

Mrs. Brinson was of the Baptist faith and was a member of Bluewater Baptist Church but had been attending Central Drive Baptist Church while her health permitted.

In addition to her parents and her spouse, David Perry Brinson, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters-in-law, Nelson and Eudell Boone of Dublin; Delma and Joan Boone of Warner Robins; and Dean and Joyce Boone of Thompson. She was also preceded in death by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Carol and James Colston and Canoye and J.L. Mercer, all of Dublin.

Survivors include her daughter Teresa “Terri” Bradshaw of Dublin, and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at Terri’s home on Thursday, July 17th.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Donnie Baker and Rev. Kelly Maddox will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Billy Clark, Jason Clark, Charlie Clark, Al Mercer, Rich Bolduc, Russ Toney, Charles Dukes, and Rickey Walker.
