Freddie Landrum

Funeral services for Mr. Freddie Jessup Landrum, age 72, will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home with Rev. Chad Kennison officiating. Burial will follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Landrum was born September 19, 1950 in Dublin, Georgia; he was preceded in death by his parents, the late Gilbert Landrum and Cynthia Ussery Landrum; his wife, Annie Daniel Landrum; a son, Phil Landrum; three sisters, Emma Jane Knight, Catherine Miller and Lizzie Mae Echols; and three brothers, James Landrum, Johnny Landrum and Bob Landrum. He was a member of Union Baptist Church but was attending Northside Baptist Church. He was a self-employed painter. In His spare time, he enjoyed watching westerns, fishing, playing pool and dancing. Mr. Landrum passed away Thursday, May 25, 2023 at his home.

He is survived by his son, Farrell (Jessica) Landrum of Dublin; two grandchildren, Hannah (Logan Odom) Landrum and Emaley Landrum both of Dublin; and sister, Lurida Parker of East Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M., Tuesday May 30, 2023 at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be James Sterling, Colby Clements, Jason Crow, Roy Daniel, Eddie Morgan and Jerry Morgan.
