Frederick "Freddie" M. Perry, Sr.

Frederick "Freddie" Perry, Sr., passed away peacefully on June 24, 2025, at home surrounded by his family, at the age of 60.

Freddie was born on October 23, 1964, in Dublin, GA, to the late Morgan Bennett Perry and Lillian Rebecca Perry. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Evon Newsome Perry; his brothers, Benji Nathan Perry, Donald A. Perry, and Julian Anthony Perry, and his sisters Glenda Perry Parker, Barbara Perry Hanson, Rebecca "Becky" Perry Myers, and Cindy Perry.

Freddie's legacy continues through his sons, Frederick M. "Freddie" Perry, Jr., and Michael B. Perry, both of Dublin, and his daughter, Angel Barber of Utah. He was also a proud grandfather to Natalee, Rooker, and Iris Perry. He is survived by three brothers, Morgan Bennett Perry (Mary) of Martinez, Algerine P. Perry (Janet) of Dublin, and Paul Perry (Rebecca) of Dublin and a sister, Joyce Dominy of Toomsboro, along with several nieces and nephews.

Freddie was a self-employed plumber, a trade he mastered with skill and dedication until his retirement. Beyond his professional life, Freddie was an avid NASCAR fan.

Freddie's love for his family was evident in everything he did. He was a devoted father, taking great pride in his children's accomplishments and supporting them in all their endeavors.

Services will be held at 10:00AM on Friday, June 27, 2025, in the Mary Whitaker Townsend Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Pastor Joey Diers will officiate. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM until service hour on Friday at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.

The family will be gathering at the home of little Freddie.
