Ginger Faye (Graham) Dominy

Mrs. Ginger Faye Graham Dominy, age 82, passed away Wednesday, August 23, 2023.

Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 25, 2023, at First Baptist Church with interment to follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Rev. Martin Graham, Mrs. Dominy’s brother, will officiate.

Mrs. Dominy was born in Laurens County on October 20, 1940, to the late Enoch Duncan Graham and the late Myrtis Martin Graham. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Dublin and retired from Laurens County Community Mental Health. Her two greatest loves in her life where her grandson, Jackson, and the piano. She began her love of the piano as the pianist at New Bethel Baptist Church at 18 years old, where she served as the pianist for decades. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dominy is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Jackson Dominy, and sister, Joan Lord.

She is survived by her daughters, Mitzi (Chris) Rawlins of Dublin and Debbie Dominy of Dublin; grandson, Jackson Strickland of Savannah, GA; brother, Martin (Gladys) Graham of Mt. Airy, GA and several nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers include Jackson Strickland, Gerry Lord, Donald Smith, Robert Smith, Roger Smith, David Smith, Trent Bohannon, and Mark Davis.
