Glenn Michael Knight, 62, of Rentz, Georgia, passed away January 4, 2024. He was born November 29, 1961, in Dublin, Georgia. Glenn left behind a legacy as vibrant as his spirit.
Glenn's was preceded in death by his parents, William Curtis Knight and Mary Joan Bridges White, as well as his brother-in-law, Robert White and a great nephew, Kooper Knight.
Glenn was a true maverick, always charting his own course and never shying away from a laugh. His quick wit and comical nature made him a beloved figure among family and friends. Not only did he have a knack for making people chuckle, but he also had a thoughtful side that manifested in his knack for giving the most memorable gifts. Glenn's love and laughter will forever echo through their lives.
Survived by his beloved daughter, Crystal (Brian) Kimsey, and his cherished grandchildren, Jordan Kimsey, Hunter Kimsey, and Mason Kimsey. He also leaves behind two sisters, Karen White and Sandra (Jimmy) Marshall, and a brother, Curtis (Mary) Knight, who will fondly remember his mischievous antics. Glenn's nieces and nephews, Joshua White, Jordan White, Jacob White, Albert Whitley, Jered (Mellissa) Gore, Laura (Aaron) Baeumel, Kevin (Kayla) Knight and Jeremiah (Christina) Fox, along with several great nieces and great nephews, Brylee Baeumel, Case Baeumel, Kyle Knight, Kaylee Knight, Kambree Whitley, Emory Fox, & Tristan and Jayden Thomas.
Always seeking new horizons, Glenn was an avid traveler and an extraordinary storyteller. His tales would whisk you away to far-off lands and leave you in stitches. And let's not forget his love for old music and his dedication to being front and center at every concert he could find. A true bookworm at heart, Glenn found solace and joy in the pages of his favorite reads.
To celebrate Glenn's life, a memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 8, 2024, at Union Baptist Church with Reverend Dwayne Clements officiating.
