Glynda Jeanette Sikes

Glynda Jeanette Sikes, age 71, of East Dublin, passed away June 8, 2025.

Mrs. Sikes was born on October 6, 1953, in Clarkesville, TN. She was a member of Central Drive Baptist Church in East Dublin. She enjoyed sewing, preparing flower arrangements and decorating her home for all holidays. Above all else, Glynda loved her family deeply, especially her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tom Sikes; son, Travis Jackson; sister, Eileen Hulsey; father, Glenn Bumpus; and step-father, Kenneth Dinkheller.

She is survived by her mother, Jeanette Dinkheller (Earl) of Dublin; son, Hank Jackson (Staci) of Dublin; daughter, Glynette Davis (Terry) of Eastman; grandchildren: Codi Warnock; Kyia Rowley (Julian Medina); Kristen Couey (Dyllon); Morgan Smallwood (Chad Pensyl); Taylor Smallwood (Michael Dunn); Anthony Smallwood; Devan Jackson; Steven Thomas (Paige); Joshua Thomas; and Becca NeeSmith; great-grandchildren: Raeleigh Townsend, Raelynn Townsend, Ryver Townsend, Bentley Carter, Maci Smallwood, Eleanor Craven, Alivia Craven, Travis Smallwood, Josiah Pensyl, Sabastian Rowley, Saladin Rowley; Rylee Thomas; and Andrew NeeSmith, and her companion of 13 years, Wayne Kight.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM on Saturday, June 28, 2025, at the Sikes Residence, 335 Windsong Dr., East Dublin.
