Obituary
Goldia Young Harden, age 87, passed away Wednesday, July 26, 2023.
Mrs. Harden was born in Dublin to the late Edwin and Pearl Young on May 6, 1936. She was a loving Mama, Nana, Great Nana, Daughter, Sister, and Aunt.
She is preceded in death by her parents as well as her brothers, Joel and Steve Young.
She is survived by her daughters, Dehlea Wood and Gina Harden; grandchildren, April Wood Nichols, Jason Wood, Rachel Wood, and Finn Blair; great-grandchildren, Jayden Nichols and Dylan Nichols; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and great-great nephews.
Services will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2023 at 1:00 PM at Minter Baptist Church with interment to follow at Minter Cemetery. Brother Ben Edwards will officiate the service. The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the church.
Pallbearers include Derrick Young, Jason Wood, Jamey Young, Brad Young, Chris Moody, and Dylan Nichols.
