Grace (Willis) Burch

Grace Willis Burch, age 90, passed away on February 06, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Services will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 3:00PM in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Dublin Memorial Gardens. Dr. Cliff Morris will officiate. The family will receive friends an hour before the funeral service at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Her nephews will serve as pallbearers.

Mrs. Burch worked at Curry Realtors and Insurers for many years before beginning her career working in the family business, JB Burch Oil Company. She was a part of the Winsome Sunday School Class and a member of the First Baptist Church in Dublin. She was also an active member within the community, participating in clubs such as; Green Acres Garden Club, Irish Reelers, and Pilot Club. She was also a member of the Dublin Service League.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Georgia Allen Willis; husband, J.B. Burch; son, John Benjamin Burch, and siblings; Dot Holle, Nell Heath, and Grady Willis.

She is survived in life by her children, Jason Burch (Barbara) and Jane Burch Howard (LV Lee), of Dublin; grandchildren, Morgan Nichols (Thomas), and great-grandchildren, Cal and Swayze Grace, all of Woodstock; Rob Callaway, of Dublin, Mandi Grace Flanders (Robbie), of Pooler, and Nicole Woodard, Ashley Burch, Emily Burch, all of Dublin; sister, Kate Barfoot, of Dublin; brother, Fred Willis, of Florida; and several nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren.
