Greg Williams

Greg Williams, age 69 of Dublin, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020.  Mr. Williams was an active member of Evergreen United Methodist Church. He retired from Oconee EMC after 37 years of service.  Greg was preceded in death by his mother and stepfather, June Thomas Sanders and Deonard Sanders, and grandparents, Gene and Minnie Thomas.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years Betty Williams, of Dublin; son, Brian (Tammy) Williams, of Leicester, MA; daughter, Julie (Stan) Garrett, of Dublin; grandchildren, Ashlee Garrett, Emilee Garrett, Tyler Williams, Jayke Williams, Dylan Williams; sister, Ann (Robert) Rhodes, of Dexter; father, Robert (Becky) Williams of Greensboro, NC; special friends, Sherry, Samatha and Syndee Jackson, of Dublin and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at Everegreen United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Ricky McCoy, Wayne Roberson, Jerry Fordham, Kevin Childers, Robert Harrison and James Garrett will serve as pallbearers.
