Hubert Preston Keen

Hubert Preston Keen, 76, of Milledgeville, passed away on July 17, 2021. His services will be held on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at 2:00 PM, in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. The visitation will be from 1:00 until the service time. The burial will follow in Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery. Rev. David Hammond will officiate the services.

 Mr. Hubert was born in Dublin to the late Herman and Nina Mae Bush Keen, he later moved to Savannah where he lived for a number of years; working with the Union as a heavy equip mechanic. He then moved to Macon and finally retired in Milledgeville. He was a member of the New Beginning Worship Center in Macon and loved to fish.

He was preceded in death by his daughter, Pamela Noles; brother, Nubrin Keen; sisters, Evelyn Crooms and Johnnie Faye Mathis; and infant-brother, Dennis Keen.

Mr. Keen was survived by his son-in-law, Paul Noles; grandsons, Hunter and Jacob Noles, all of Milledgeville; several nieces and nephews; and several adopted in love, children, and grandchildren.
