Jackie (Gaskin) Dalley

Graveside services will be held for Jackie Dalley, age 79, of Dublin, at Dublin Memorial Gardens on Sunday, April 18, 2021, at 2:00 PM.  Bishop John Boland, Donnie O’Neal, Dallin Ussery, and Tim Ussery will officiate.  Mrs. Dalley died Thursday, April 15, 2021.

Mrs. Dalley was born and raised in Douglas, GA.  She met Cardon Dalley while he was serving a church mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and later married him in the Salt Lake Temple.  Jackie and Cardon had two daughters, Cammie and Carlene. Jackie was a school secretary at various schools throughout her life.  She retired from the Laurens County school system.

Mrs. Dalley was preceded in death by her husband, Cardon Dalley; daughter, Carlene D. Ussery; parents, Oscar and Irene Gaskin; and siblings, Lonnie Gaskin, James Gaskin, Lavern Gaskin, Joe Gaskin, and Patricia Gaskin. 

Survivors include her daughter, Cammie Dalley, of Dublin; grandchildren, Dallin Ussery and Rileigh Ussery, both of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Guy Gaskin (Billie), of Smyrna; sisters, Judy Vickers (James), of Ambrose, and Jeri Strickland (Jimmy), of Gainesville.
