James Earl Beall

James Earl Beall, age 90, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2021, at Serenity Place. 

Born on March 8, 1931, Earl was the son of the late R.W. Beall and late Lillian Torrance Beall.  He joined the Air Force after high school and served during the Korean War. 

Upon returning home from his military service, Earl married Enid Tanner Beall.  They were married for 67 years.

In addition to his 30 years of working at Forstmann & Co., he also began Earl Beall Tax Service.

He was a member of First Baptist Church where he served as a deacon.  He also enjoyed planning numerous day and overnight trips for the church’s senior adult group.  It was his passion to serve others. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Beall.

He is survived by his wife, Enid Tanner Beall; daughters, Cheri (James) Hawkins of Dublin, and Dana (Mark) Evans of Statesboro; grandchildren: Erin (Justin) Franks of Jesup, Trey Hawkins of Douglasville, and Sarah Evans of Xenia, Ohio; great-grandchildren: Blair Franks and Lena Franks of Jesup; brother, Wiley (Pat) Beall, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 22, 2021, at Northview Cemetery. Dr. G. Lamar Holley will officiate.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Baptist Church Dublin or Serenity Hospice.
