James Horace "Jim" Turner Jr. of Dublin passed away on May 5th, 2025, at the age of 71.
Jim was born on May 4, 1954, to the late Miriam and James H. Turner Sr. He was a veteran of the United States Army and worked many dedicated years in the radiology department at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center.
He leaves behind his loving family to cherish his memory. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, and the love of his life, Martha, and his daughters, Nicole (Adam) Sumner and Jessica Turner (Casey Cullen), whom he adored. He is also survived by his grandson, Evan Turner; granddaughter, Madison (Caleb) Ussery, and great-grands, Lenny Drew, and Tab, who were all the light of his life.
He also leaves behind his sister and brother-in-law, Gloria and Joey Screws, and his brother, Brian (Denise) Turner, and nieces and nephews, Sheree Adams, Jordan Screws, Bree (Jackson) Robinson, and B.J. Turner. He is also survived by his life-long best friend and brother, Gary Coleman, and many cousins and dear friends.
A private service will be observed by the family.
