Jean Rogers Cannon

Services for Jean Rogers Cannon, age 57, of Dublin, will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 13, 2018, in the chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Dublin Memorial Gardens.  Rev. Henry Dixon and Rev. Jim Rhodes will officiate.  The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 1:00 PM.  Mrs. Cannon died Sunday, February 11, 2018.

Mrs. Cannon worked at Mohawk for seventeen years.  She retired from the Carl Vinson V. A. Medical Center where she worked as a chef with VCS.

Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her father, Joe Rogers. Survivors include her sons, Eric (Shanna) Smith, and Joey Smith, both of Dublin; mother, Bessie Lou Harvill, also of Dublin; brother, Jimmy (Deborah) Rogers, of Dublin; sister, Joette (Robbie) Harvey, of Gray; grandchildren, Dylan Smith, Ally Smith, Brandyn Blizzard; and several nieces and nephews.

Michael Rowland, Kalen Rowland, Jack Campbelll, Ricky Alligood, Andy Kimbell, Jason Wood, Dan Campbell, and Mitch Melton will serve as pallbearers.
