Jean (Greene) Martin

Jean G. Martin, age 86, of East Dublin, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2020.

Mrs. Martin was a homemaker and member of Pleasant Springs Baptist Church. She was former owner and operator of the Elanma restaurant and an honorary member of the VFW. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

 She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold “Hal” D. Martin; parents, Eugene and Nannie Lou Greene; daughter, Janet Arrando; brothers, Jimmy “Pee Wee” Greene, Lamar Greene, David Greene, Vernon Greene, and Buford Greene.

Survivors include her children, Larry Reid (Debbie), of Rockledge, Debra (Art) Harrison, of Dublin, Jody (Valerie) Page, of Milledgeville, and Todd (Tina) Martin, of Eastman; brother, Donald Greene, of Dublin; sister, Sue Townsend (Bob), of Rockledge; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren, and numerous great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, November 8, 2020, at Dublin Memorial Gardens. Rev. Ben Edwards will officiate.

Pallbearers will be Ted Calhoun, Mark Thigpen, Landon Reid, and Derrick Page.
