Jeannie (Poole) Soles

Oreta "Jeannie" Soles, was called to her heavenly home on July 15, 2025, at the age of 70. Born on June 30, 1955, in Wrightsville, GA, to the late Thomas Poole and Lucille Watson Poole, Jeannie was a beacon of light and joy to all who knew her. She passed away in Dublin, GA, surrounded by the love of her family. Jeannie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Jerry Russell Soles, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and memories. She was also predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Lucille Poole; her siblings, Tommy Poole, Joey Poole, Mike Poole, and Sandra Sumner. Left to honor Jeannie's legacy are her loving sons, Clayton Soles (Christie) and Jason Soles; her adored grandchildren, Madeline McCullars (Joseph), Jake Soles (Jordan), Willa Beth Soles, Avery Soles, and Clay Soles; and her treasured great-grandchildren, Willow, Waylon, and Wrenley who brought immense joy to her later years. Jeannie's brother, Hugh Poole, will also hold dear the memories of his sister's kind heart and gentle spirit. She found her greatest happiness in spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, who were the light of her life. The legacy of Jeannie's kind nature, her passion for her faith, and her love for her family will live on through the generations. As we bid farewell to Oreta "Jeannie" Soles, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and a journey completed with grace. Her spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of those she touched, and her memory will be cherished forever. We take comfort in knowing that Jeannie is now at peace in the loving embrace of her Creator, where she will watch over us until we meet again. Before retiring, Jeannie served as a purchasing agent at Parker Aerospace, where she was respected for her integrity and work ethic.
