Jimmie Haywood, age 80, of Dublin, Georgia, passed away on March 29, 2026, in Dublin, Georgia at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 23, 1945, in Dublin, Georgia, to the late Clarence and Opal Stinson, and lived a life marked by love, faith, and kindness.
Jimmie was a graduate of Dublin High School and was known by all who knew her as a loving, faith-filled, and friendly woman whose warm spirit touched many lives. Staying close to her roots, she worked for and retired from the Dublin City Schools, where she served faithfully and was respected for her dedication and commitment.

Her love for the church was a central part of her life, and she found great joy in serving others and being part of a faith community that meant so much to her.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Charles Haywood; her daughters, Lori Haywood and Holli Haywood; her grandson, Will Haywood; and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
