Johnny Edward Register

Johnny Edward Register passed away peacefully on June 7, 2024, in Savannah, GA. Born on January 27, 1955, in Dublin, GA, Johnny's life was characterized by his handy nature, kindness, and friendly demeanor.

Johnny's early years in Dublin laid the foundation for a life full of love and hard work. He was the proud owner of Johnny Register Painting. He loved listening to music and was also a talented musician and an avid fisherman.

A devoted father and grandfather, Johnny's pride and joy were his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his sons, Josh (Brandie) Register, John Register, Tommy Register (Ashley Smith), Floyd Peavy (Lyshan), and his daughter, Tasha Allen (Landon). His life was further enriched by the laughter and love of his grandchildren: Cheyanne and Heaven Stevenson; Alissa, Allen, Jaxx, Ayden, and Daphne Register; Chloe Bloodworth; Ashton Lavender; Ka’Mya Peavy; Andre Warren, Jr.,  and Brandon Blizzard. He is also survived by a brother, Tommy Register (Tammy); sister, Sue Flury, and several other brothers and sisters.

Preceding him in death were his parents, Luther Register and Genevieve Bryant, and his grandson, Jackson Register.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
