Obituary
Judy S. Walker, age 72, of Dublin, passed away on May 10, 2022.
Mrs. Walker was born in Laurens County on February 25, 1950, to the late Charlie and Velma Spires. She was a member of Springdale Baptist Church and retired from the Dublin City School system.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Eugene Walker; daughter, Brandyn Walker Fulford, and sister, Charlotte Spires.
Survivors include her daughter, Becki Rutledge (Don) of Leesburg, GA; grandchildren: Josh Register, Noah Fulford, Savannah Fulford, James Rutledge, and Hannah Rutledge; sisters, Pam Way (George) of Ephrata, PA, and Penny Spires of Swainsboro; brother, Chuck Spires (Debra) of Dublin, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, May 14, 2022, in the Chapel of Townsend Brothers Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Westview Cemetery in Wrightsville. Rev. Paul Wilkes will officiate.
