Kay K. Jones, devoted mother, and wife, passed away peacefully on June 30, 2024, at the age of 76. Her life was characterized by devotion to her husband of 47 years, Eric, and to her four sons.

Kay was born on August 13, 1947, in Dublin, Georgia, to the late Mr. Snell and Elizabeth Perry Killingsworth. Kay's warmth and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her, leaving a legacy of compassion and service.

In addition to her parents, Kay was preceded in death by her brother, Andrew Killingsworth, and her beloved niece Amanda Lovett.

Blessed with a loving family, Kay is survived by her adoring husband, Eric; her son, Grant Wilbanks, and his wife Teresa of Bonita Springs, Florida; her brother, Doug Killingsworth, and his wife Debbie of Wrightsville, Georgia; and her step-sons, Lance Jones and his wife Kathy, Linc Jones and his wife Kathy, and Clint Jones and his wife Brooke, all of Dublin, and several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Kay was a graduate of Wrightsville High School where she was Homecoming Queen her senior year.  A deep commitment to her community marked her professional life. She served with dedication in the Fairview Park Hospital Auxiliary for 21 years, where her efforts made a lasting impact on the lives of patients and staff alike. Her involvement with the Daughter of the American Revolution reflected her love for history and her country, while her membership at the First Baptist Church of Dublin showcased her faith and her desire to serve others.
