Kimberly "Boma" Ponton

Kimberly “Boma” Ponton, age 69, of East Dublin, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021.

Kimberly attended First Baptist Church and was a self-employed house cleaner. She enjoyed volunteering in many groups and was a health food co-op coordinator. She was a friend to everyone and will be deeply missed by her friends and family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bonnie Perkinwich.

Survivors include her children; Antonio Ponton, of Savannah, Miriam Ponton Lewis (Christopher), of Dublin, and Stephen Ponton Eagle, of East Dublin; granddaughter, Taylor Troiano, of Dublin; sisters, Pamela Olimpio, Kay Day, and Carrie Schwartz, all of St. Louis, MO.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 27, 2021, from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Townsend Brothers Funeral Home.
